One-half of all working Americans confirm having back pain at least once a year, and it has become the leading reason that people miss work worldwide. But what is happening when we experience back pain? And is our yoga practice helping or hurting our cause?

Join Brittany St. Martin, DPT, KYT, and Ankati Day, ERYT, for this two hour workshop demystifying back pain. We will provide a broad overview of the spine and its relationship to the pelvis, then dive into some of the ways our spine moves -- daily, and in our yoga practice -- and how this relates to some of the most common types of back pain.
