Guided by the wisdom of breath and the healing of sound,

we open our hearts to clear the way for Awakening into greater states of LOVE...

Breathwork is a form of active meditation that overrides the thinking mind and allows us to release that which is not serving us, without needing to talk about it or even know what it is. In this gathering, we will work with the wisdom of the breath to move any energy that simply needs some assistance to find its way out of the body and clear ourselves to move through this season with grace and ease.

As we return from the breath practice we will be enveloped in a healing sound journey to integrate our nervous systems into this new, lighter frequency we created in the body.

How to Prepare:

Wear comfy clothing and cozy socks, and arrive hydrated.

Breathwork is also best practiced on an empty stomach so please refrain from eating for an hour or two before the practice.

Yoga mat (we have some loaners if you don't have one)
