“We are slowed down sound and light waves, a walking bundle of frequencies tuned to the cosmos.” - Albert Einstein

Join me for a transformational experience through a Level 1 Sound Healing Training

November 4 and 18, and December 2 and 16, 2023 | 1-4pm | Shilo Farm, Eliot, Maine

Ancient cultures used the power of sound for healing in many forms. Chanting, drumming, singing bowls, and a wide range of flutes and other instruments have long been part of a healer’s quiver, and in our modern times we all have the ability to learn how to use sound and vibration in service.

For healing ourselves, first and foremost, and for supporting others’ healing journeys.

But so many of us who feel drawn to music get stuck: we believe we’re “not a good singer”, or we don’t know where to begin when it comes to instruments and ceremony.

Join me in a four-part Sound Healing Training to explore the Why, the What, and the How of creating transformative sound healing experiences for yourself and for others. We’ll explore:

  • The neuroscience and physics of sound and vibration, and why they are such powerful healing tools

  • How to create a powerful container for individual and group ceremonial experience

  • Vocal Awakening to use the voice as a healing tool of entrainment rather than a performance of entertainment

  • Working with Mantra as meditation, utilizing voice-only as well as basic Harmonium skills

  • Working with Crystal singing bowls and the Chakra System

  • Awakening your intuitive understanding of what sound is needed, and for what intention to create sound healing experiences that are inspired rather than formulaic

***You do not need to have your own instruments, but if you do have instruments you’d like to share, please bring them!

We have now discovered that there is no such thing as matter; it is all just different rates of vibration designed by an unseen intelligence.
