We’ll begin with a slow, earth-based flow designed to cultivate stability, presence, and connection to the land. As the sun sets and the day softens, you'll be guided into an extended savasana accompanied by live sound healing with crystal singing bowls and vocal toning, creating a deeply restorative and immersive experience. Held outdoors, this workshop offers a chance to return to your body, your breath, and the steady rhythm of nature.
