With Ankati Day & Dani Mulligan
As the golden leaves fall and the quiet hush of winter approaches, we invite you to step into sacred stillness. Sanctuary is a weekend retreat designed to support deep rest, inner reflection, and the remembrance of your own sacred center.
Held in the tranquil forests of Vermont, this retreat is a space to pause and breathe—a soft landing amidst the fullness of life. Through grounding yoga practices, guided meditation, sound healing, and nature connection, we’ll journey inward to create sanctuary within. You’ll be held in warmth and ceremony, from evenings around the outdoor fire to cycles of hot and cold immersion in the healing spa circuit, each element designed to invite softness and renewal.
This is not a retreat of doing, but of being—a return to your natural rhythm. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of the land and supported by intentional community, you’ll have space to release, receive, and realign. Gentle movement, nourishing food, and spacious time in nature will open the door to deeper rest and reconnection.
If your soul has been asking for pause… if you’re craving space to remember yourself again… this is your invitation. Welcome to Sanctuary.
“There is in all visible things an invisible fecundity, a dimmed light, a meek namelessness,
a hidden wholeness.
This mysterious Unity and Integrity is Wisdom, the Mother of all, Natura naturans.
There is in all things an inexhaustible sweetness and purity,
a silence that is a fount of action and joy.
It rises up in wordless gentleness and flows out to me from the unseen roots of all created being.”

WHERE WE’RE GOING
Tucked into the folds of Vermont’s Green Mountains, Stowe is a sanctuary of wild beauty and seasonal magic. In November, the land begins to quiet, offering a softer rhythm and a deeper invitation to slow down. Rolling forests blaze briefly in late-autumn gold before settling into winter’s hush, while mountain air turns crisp and clean, invigorating the body and calming the mind.
Winding trails lead through birch groves and evergreens, rivers move with quiet purpose, and the landscape opens wide with space to breathe. It’s a place where nature holds you—where the stillness is alive, and the wilderness becomes a mirror for your own inner sanctuary. Whether soaking in the silence or wrapped in a blanket beneath the stars, Stowe calls you back to your senses, your breath, and the sacred in the simple.
